ESPN NBA analyst Jalen Rose believes Kentucky has produced the two best young players in the league.

Rose, a 13-year NBA veteran and one of the game’s most respected analysts, ranked Karl-Anthony Towns and Devin Booker – numbers 1-2 on his list of the top five players in the NBA under the age of 21.

Last season, Towns became just the fifth unanimous NBA Rookie of the Year since 1984. He was also voted prior to this season by NBA general managers as the player they’d most like to build a franchise around.

Booker finished fourth in the NBA Rookie of the Year voting last season but led rookies with six 30-point games in 2015-16, the 4th most by a teenager in NBA history.

He also became the fourth-fastest in NBA history to score 1,000 career points, behind only Durant, James and Kobe Bryant.
